  1. Lovely blog on how women are able to gain leadership whilst juggling commitments such as childcare! We really appreciate the pieces that bring to light about the difficulties and challenges that arise. Thank you for also supporting our campaign!

    If anybody was wondering, I am running a campaign about Asian women in leadership roles within the workplace. Asian women are underrepresented in senior executive roles and we would like to not only investigate into why that is but also to empower each other pursue these roles.

    1) Leadership by example! Whether the task is easy or difficult, let them see you giving 💯 also!

    2) Situational leadership! Setting your people up for success based upon their strengths & skills!

    3) People skills, take care of the people, be approachable & stay engaged!

    1. So true! All three points you make are valid, but so many forget about #2! Their success is your success! Don’t worry they may grow beyond you as a leader, but relish in the opportunity you helped them to grow.
