Beaches are a wonderful place to visit, and I don’t think I’ve ever been to a beach that I wouldn’t visit again. After all, who can dislike any beach? What we may dislike is the “crowdedness” or possibly the lack of sea shells. If this is so, Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, also known as Rocky Point, Mexico, might just be calling you. I am truly humbled Mohamad Al Karbi has invited me to tell you all about my first visit to Puerto Peñasco, a small fishing/resort city next to the Sea of Cortez.
Please click on the link below to read more about my visit and tips. If you would like to read my first post, I have provided my thoughts in the second link. Happy, safe traveling this summer!

🙂 Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts. Yes…everyone was very entertained when I asked, “What is tide pooling?” And now I know.

I live at the beach 🙂 it is a blessing, but I’ve never been to the beach you wrote about :):) Once you’ve been/lived at the beach, you want to see them all 🙂

Oh. I misunderstood. I’m sorry and yes I agree most beaches share similarities. You are very blessed to live near the beach.

No worries, I misunderstand typed words ALL the time and am pretty sure if you misunderstood, more than likely it was the way I typed it LOL Yes, I’ve lived surrounded by water all my life but all beaches are so enchanting. The smell, the sun, the sand, the water, the way it all comes together in such harmony. I mean all those things are so different but make such a beautiful recipe of paradise when brought together 🙂

What a delightful trip Sharon. I love all your travel tips and the food and drinks look so delicious. It is so nice to spend time so close to nature enjoying the peace and healing. I visited the Baja very briefly and those Margaritas were quite special…😊

Baja sounds wonderful Brigid. I just tried my first prickly pear margarita this past weekend–very delicious. But next time I will have to drink one with no alcohol–a bit too strong and just made me sleepy.
